We have also assisted in the development of proprietary software that has additional management capabilities and allows us to interface with many popular audit applications. EBCO provides automated audit reports which are maintained on our secure servers for ready access by your company for underwriters and management, providing a choice of desired reports at no extra cost. This can reduce your cost of file maintenance because you have direct access to our electronic storage. Audit data is retained for up to five years in secure confidential servers and backed by our 1 million dollar E&O coverage. EBCO's fees reflect a competitive rate based on rounding by tenths after the first hour and our COMMITMENT TO ONE CHARGE assures that the audit costs will not be inflated with additional gas surcharges, policy handling fees (software charges), audit reassignment charges, or additional charges for support of dispute resolution.
