More about the Office Client - Used to perform all activities

• The client software is a standalone executable that requires no DLL’s, Registry Settings, COM Objects, Active X Controls, or anything else to run.  It runs completely in RAM
• You may place the client software / standalone executable in a common file share on your network if downloading it from our website every time poses any security problems
• The client software works with Windows 7®, Windows 2000®, NT®, XP®, and VISTA®
• The client software communicates via port 9001 and only needs outbound access
• We can provide an HTML browser based interface if necessary but the standalone executable that we provide is much more powerful

Imports & Exports

• We develop custom imports and exports for each customer at no cost
• We can work with any XML format that you provide

Database Backups & 128-bit Encryption

• Sum Audits SQL Database is mirrored and has daily offsite backups
• We provide 128-bit encryption which protects your User ID, Password, and Data
